GOOD Based on 314 reviews Steve Rogers2024-12-01Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. No one to greet you as you enter. After having a couple of servers stare at us and walk away, we finally figured out that you had to walk up a set of steps into the main dining area. After that, we were greeted and seated. It was strange to me that there was no beer menu at the table, even though that is the main premise of the restaurant. If you wanted to read about the beers, you had to scan a QR code or take a guess from a board on one side of the room. The portions of food were adequate and quality was ok. After our meal, our server left our bill at the table and never returned. I was going to use a credit card but when she never returned, I finally scraped together the cash, left it on the table and left. The restaurant was not busy, so I'm not sure why we were abandoned at the end. All in all, not a great experience, and there are certainly other restaurants in town that have a better atmosphere of service and food quality. This was only my experience, yours may be different. Food was delicious (we had irish nachos, a soft pretzel, chicken fingers, honey glazed chicken salad, shrimp and grits, and the beet salad). Service was wonderfully friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. Looking forward to our next excuse to be in Loudon! Paid $17 for the Poké bowl and it was a bunch of rice and like four very small pieces of tuna (equal to one fish stick, chopped up) and a few other things. Super simple not very flavorful had to ask for sauce because it was so dry. Husband got the lettuce wraps and they were just OK. Even the fries were boring. While we were eating they propped the bathrooms open and started cleaning them and we were sitting next to the bathrooms so kind of gross and unpleasant. Would not go back. b wilson2024-11-03Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Good food, great beer fun location Josh Nance2024-10-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We came in because of the Halloween festival going on downtown. Atmosphere inside was a little more dull/boring than we expected from a brewery. TV in the dining room is turned off , there wasn’t any music playing or anything, and the young man who seated us didn’t seem too excited to be there. Our actual server and the food were amazing and overall the experience was good. We will be back to give it another try. If you come before 4:00 pm the lunch menu has a few extra really well priced items. I recommend the hot pretzel and the cold cut, although everything we had was really tasty.
